Shipping

We prepare your order as soon as possible after payment. You receive a confirmation email when you order, then a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping (3-4 business days) is free on orders of €49 or more. Below that amount, it costs €4.90. Express shipping (1-2 business days) costs €8.90. The exact amount is always shown at checkout, before you confirm.

Destinations

We ship to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco, and to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. The same shipping rates apply to every destination. The list of available countries is always shown at checkout.

Prices can be displayed in your local currency; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada or Australia), import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or collected at checkout. They may be requested by the carrier or customs on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery times

The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from our logistics partners. They are not guaranteed and may be longer during busy periods, for example over the holidays.

Several items in one order

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking link.

A problem with your package?

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package seems lost, contact us through our contact page with your order number: we will find a solution with you.
