Returns and Refunds

If an item does not suit your dog or cat, you can send it back to us. Here is how it works.

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Let us know within 14 days through our contact page, with your order number and the items concerned. Send them back within 14 days of your request.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, complete (accessories, instructions) and clean, in their original packaging if possible. For hygiene reasons, items worn or used by an animal (harnesses, collars, leashes, coats, beds, cushions, toys) can only be accepted if they are intact, free of hair, stains and odors. You may of course check the size and fit as you would in a shop. An item returned damaged, dirty or incomplete may have its refund reduced to reflect the loss of value.

Return costs and refund

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we have received and inspected the items, we refund the price paid and the standard shipping costs to your original payment method within 14 days.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalized items made to your specifications (for example an engraved tag or a collar with your pet's name) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code. They remain covered by the legal guarantee of conformity if they are defective.

Item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

If an item arrives damaged, does not work or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page with your order number and photos of the item and the package. Under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
